As a first home buyers, we had an exceptional experience with Mahshid. It took a long journey for us to finally purchase our first home in 2022 within crazy market condition at that time. Mahshid was with us in this journey all the time and we had this opportunity to take advantage of her experience. She is very patient and super skillful in all the details of her job. Here is a proof of my words; First we signed a contract with a builder and then changed our mind. She showed us the way like a lawyer how we could back off from the contract and she took every cents of our earnest money from the builder!!! Then we signed with another builder, and she was able to get $45k credit from the builder 7 month after singing the contract!! These two I explained, are kind of jobs that you can not expect from a usual agent.
